Description
The following line in the .info file causes Drupal to report that the theme is out of date:
version = 1.3The version line is only needed if the theme is not hosted on drupal.org. For themes hosted on drupal.org, the version line is added automatically when a release is created.

Sorry took awhile to get round to updating the theme. Still finding my way round using CVS.
Hopefully that's it fixed for now and thanks for letting me know.
