Inputfields possibility to save different versions

Realy nice module! Congratulations,
but it could be even greater if
- it would also have text-input-fields, not only checkboxes
- you could keep different versions of your filled out checklists (eg. by date, with a list of saved version at the bottom)

Thank you for all your tests and comments. I'll implement them as soon as I've got a free weekend again (might take a few weeks).

Please find enclosed the version/patch that is working for me.
I also added a proof of concept, implementing a edit-field and the possibility to keep different Versions of the form by date. I felt free to rename everyting to be able to keep your original version and otherwise to test the modifications. I know, it's programmed quick and dirty, just working for me, don't know, if it's working anywhere else. Feel free to use it just the way you like.
