I don't have paging, even I've got it enabled.
Any clue?

You'd need to provide some more detail for me to help you. Paging on what? The default jobs listing page uses paged queries but if you're making custom views you'd have to consider how to do that with the Views module. It's probably something fairly simple, I imagine...
