Thank You page accessable by URL

Description
Adding /thank_you to any CitizenSpeak campaign node will display the Thank You page, regardless of whether the user actually participated in the campaign. This is a concern because users may try to spread the campaign by sending that URL around.
What I'd like to see happen is the Thank You page displayed at the node's URL when a campaign has been participated in.
