I'm not sure when this started, but it is happening with the latest 6.x-dev version. Guestbook adds a tab to the user profiles but, for the admin user, the tab title is blank (where it should say admin's guestbook).
It works normally for all other users.

However, marking as duplicate of #742608: Bugfix guestbook tab in user accounts + added realname compatibility.
