It appears that at present there is no way to un-indent conditions. As a result, when someone indents a condition by accident, the only way to deal with it is to delete all the rule elements and start over.

You can just delete the and or OR element and the indentation goes away.

There does not seems to be a delete option? How to delete the indentation which seems to be the question itself?

I ran into this same issue. Looks like if you edit the condition group and select "delete" it deletes the 'and/or' operator. It was a bit nerve-wracking to select a 'delete' option, but it does work.
