listing the entire contents of a book on one page with div links

I want to list the entire contents of a book on one page with back to top links and a navigation menu showing the different parts of the book on one page. What would be the best way to go about this? I know you can use div tags but is there someway of autmating the process a bit more so it's easier for potential end-users?

There is a http://drupal.org/project/booktree module, but I am not sure it does exactly what you want.
Also consider the http://drupal.org/project/tableofcontents module in case you can put everything in a single node.

I am having the same problem. I would like to show all content of a book on one single page.
Is that not possible automaticly?
