show trackback urls in node at the time ping is sent

Hello,

As I understand to submit trackbacks a reciprocal link is required at the time the ping is sent, yet this module does not seem to be display the trackback until the incoming link is present on the other end.

Could someone confirm this? This seems like a bug for me.
