Where was this page linked from? It should only be linked as volunteer/rating/123 where 123 is a contact ID.

Ok, I am no longer getting errors. Not sure what happened but the volunteer rating page is working fine now.

Volunteer coordinator is still blank.

I've committed a temporary fix for the latter problem. For some reason the data in the volunteer_contact_event table appears to be screwed up. It is possible that there are contacts in the table which don't exist anymore for some reason. Could happen if you delete a contact in civicrm or if you installed 1.2 over 1.1 without conserving the data.
