I am using the Ad novus theme (http://drupal.org/project/ad_novus) but wanted to change how comments look, so according to tons of tutorials I created a comments.tpl.php file. This had no impact on the theme at all.
There is no template.php.tpl file...
There's something I'm not getting here, which seems obvious to everyone else. maybe? help?
