Packaging error message for Estonian translation 6.x dev release

I'm getting packaging errors on http://drupal.org/node/355565:

    * ERROR: Unable to generate statistics for user-module.po in et translation in version 6.x-1.x-dev, not packaging

This error message is from January 7, 2009 and there are new commits since then.
