This is similar to Issue #300252. Even though Typogrify is ranked lowest on my filters for a given input type, I still have to disable "Remove widows" to allow links like the following to exist on a page.
When "Remove widows" is active for a node with this type of link, most of the content gets stripped out:
http://www.examplesite.com/path/path/loremipsum.P_LoremIpsum?lorem_ipsum=200802&lorem_ipsum=dummy&lorem_ipsum=dummy&lorem_ipsum=dummy&lorem_ipsum=dummy&lorem_ipsum=dummy&lorem_ipsum=dummy&lorem_ipsum=dummy&lorem_ipsum=dummy&lorem_ipsum=dummy&lorem_ipsum=dummy&lorem_ipsum=dummy&lorem_ipsum=dummy&lorem_ipsum=dummy&lorem_ipsum=dummy&lorem_ipsum=&lorem_ipsum=&lorem_ipsum=&lorem_ipsum=ABC&lorem_ipsum=302&lorem_ipsum=&lorem_ipsum=%25&lorem_ipsum=%25&lorem_ipsum=%25&lorem_ipsum=0&lorem_ipsum=0&lorem_ipsum=a&lorem_ipsum=0&lorem_ipsum=0&lorem_ipsum=a&lorem_ipsum=Lorem+Ipsum
(Needless to say, this a heavily modified version of the actual URL query)
I haven't yet managed to identify the offending part of my query, but there isn't much I can do about the syntax anyway because this deals with an external site that is outside of my control.
Tinyurl obviously helps, but this issue has come up enough recently that I've decided to just disable "Remove windows" instead. It would be great if someone could help me trace the source of the issue and perhaps provide a fix or a workaround.
Thanks! Great module.

Sorry for not getting to this earlier. What happens to the URL if you have Widon't enabled, and what other filters do you have enabled, and in what order?

This is really getting old, closing. Reopen if you still have issues.
