certain fields in profile only visible to user relationships

I got a problem:

I need to make certain fields in my user profiles visible to other users that are related to the user (based on the user relationships module). Basicly the information city and postal code should be available to anyone, but street address only to friends.

Can this be done with content profile? I really need cck fields, so using contentprofile is vital.
