Recommend a Drupal 6 mailing list module?

The modules that deal with subscribers and HTML messages have always been the toughest for me to get running properly. An install it and forget it mail module has become my Holy Grail. Are any of the mail modules running smooth for you in Drupal 6?

Simplenews + Mimemail is what I am using. a few issues when they were fixing things, but they seem to work quite well.

Add to that helper modules such as simplenews on register and you can set it up and forget about it if needs be.
