Hi,

I want attachment fields(upload the ms word,pdf,jbgect... ) in form using cck... i use PHP 4.4 so i can't use filefiled module for attachment fields...unfortunately i can't upgrade my PHP version(from 4.4 to 5)... any one tell me any alternate module to add attachment fields using CCK.....or other way's to solve the problem....

You mean a file field that is not filefield ? Well... you could look http://drupal.org/project/imceimage or http://drupal.org/project/asset, but none of those are strict equivalents.
