Upper case file names not recognized in import interface

Just noticed that when I upload files to the import directory with uppercase filenames (.CSV instead of .csv), they are not shown on the list of feeds files available at the first stage of the import process.

I obviously got around the issue fine by renaming the file to lowercase, but others may become confused with the issue.
