Hi,

This is very simple patch which

1) Adds "Default format for comments" on Filter Default admin configuration page
2) Sets format to the value selected when creating any comment.

This version of Filter Default is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
