After upgrading website from D5.15 to D6.9, and lm_paypal from 5.x-1.0 to 6.x-1.0, I cannot find the two donation pages we used to have, namely:
* /donate that contained a currency selector, text box for the sum and a submit button
* /donations that contained a list of previous donations (I have found /lm_paypal/donations but that contains a) less item and b) different amounts!)

The tables I see in the database are:
* lm_paypal_donations
* lm_paypal_ipns
* lm_paypal_subscribers
* lm_paypal_subscriptions

What have I done wrong? How to get the old donate and donations pages back?

Any hint will be most appreciated!

Neither of those pages were created by LM Paypal, perhaps you should figure out where they came from? (views? panels? etc). Restore your file+db backups into a test server, and figure out which module created these. (You do _have_ backups, right?). Then you'll have a hint about what has gone wrong for you.
