I have recently discovered that if this menu is enabled than some themes showing drop down which was not there when modules was not installed. Is it applicable for all the themes? Is there any specific code in a theme which is enabling this?

I found this in multiflex-3 theme but not in interactive media theme.

I found the same issue in the same theme, in fact -- works fine in multiflex-3 but nothing happens in clean, jaded, bluewater and other themes.
