Unnecessary LEFT JOIN on {node_comment_statistics} causing bad query performance

{node_comment_statistics} is always 1:1 on {node} in D6. We should INNER JOIN instead of LEFT JOIN for this to fix performance problems. See #371475: Reduce left joins for issue views.
