Integration With Signup?

Hi all,

Great mod - would there be any way of integrating this with Signup?

In an ideal situation I could see this being used for event organization... for example:
User A signed up for Saturday's Ladies Night Out
and
User A just canceled their registration for Saturday's Ladies Night Out
