I'm having a similar problem.

When I mouse-over the AddToAny button in Internet Explorer 7, the whole bottom-half of the page disapears for a split second.

I have found this problem addressed with regards to IE 6 as a theme-issue on Wordpress versions of AddToAny:

...but the Drupal version still seems to have the bug.

According to the AddToAny Blog, this bug has been fixed in the new version, but I updated to version 6.x-2.3 of the module and I'm still having the problem.

As usual, it works fine in Firefox, Opera, etc... just not in IE.

It would have been great if you would have added a link to the duplicate report. Now I found this one, but I don't know where the report with the solution might be...
