We're done with all existing bugs. This is a serious candidate to a final version.

Completely changed how My Content displays block: Now displays nodes authored by user and use a menu tree. Also, only display content inside books.
Now properly rebuilding permissions, at last. When delegation changes, whole book has its permissions rebuild.
Now marking node for permission-rbuild when all delegations are removed.
feature request #638360 by maragnis,franz: Provides the 'autheticaded user' role option to be delegated.
