Importer doesn't work correctly. Tested with rss feed

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>

Tags are not converted correctly at leats in cases where international character are used, for example "š"

Can you give us the URL of a feed that doesn't work?
This is way too generic...

I've selected from http://www.delfi.lt/help/rss/
exactly - http://www.delfi.lt/rss/feeds/sports.xml and selected tags: futbolas,krepšinis (football, basketball). One is latin-only chars, second is not. Haven't tried another combinations...
