Newbie: Can I get a quick how to...???

Hello everyone,

I have recently switched from Joomla to drupal due to the ability to use multi-sites and the simplicity of the system. I have found however that some things are harder to implement... simply cause I'm not sure what I'm doing yet. So here's my question. Can I get a quick run down of how to implement a tabbed item like this:

Into my articles. I would like to be able to put a tabbed box like that directly into a content article. The same way one might put an image in-line with the text... i would like that type of module inline. The key is that I want to be able to put a picture in one tab or two tabs and video in the next... and text in the third.

Any help would be greatly appreciate... i'm looking for maybe a short tutorial and recommended modules to accomplish the task.
