• Company Name
• Company Structure (LLC, Inc., Sole Proprietor, Partnership {General Partnership, Limited Partnership, etc.)*
• Address, Fax Number
• UBI or Business Registration Number
• Team Size
• Portfolio/Links to work you've done in Drupal, Ajax, JQ, Flash, or similar technologies
• This is the first step of an interview process.

• Your $ bid for doing Drupal work.
• The purpose of this bid is to discover your rate for about 40-60 hours of labor, creativity, etc. { Drupal work.

This work will include:
• design custom modules, and/or work with existing modules
• develop a theme, block regions, etc.

• Please bid your maximum figure/all inclusive fee for appropriately 1 weeks work
• This figure is your fee to complete Independent Contractor services yet to be described.

To keep overall costs down, for face to face meetings, it would be great if you are a PNW-based company. Definitely not a requirement. If you're elsewhere, Skype video chats will work too.

* important for the legality of the NDA. If your group is a partnership consisting of any Limited Partners, please include the name of a General Partner for them to execute the NDA. Limited Partners cannot bind an agreement on behalf of a Partnership.
