Listhandler prints the HTML tags from a post in it's outgoing mail to the mailing list. This results in emails with HTML tags scattered through them. This happens at http://civicspacelabs.org, amung other places.
Apparently, no filtering is being done on outgoing mail.

This still exisits, even after fixes in HEAD (which broke HEAD).
