Here's a patch for v6.x-1.0beta1 to fix some small code bugs which may be causing some of the issues seen here.

This patch made my block-theme select box disappear in the block edit form :( And blocktheme still doesn't work. Darn: and it looked so good on the video tutorial :) I hope the issues get ironed out here, or is everyone moving to the block class module? I guess I'll give it a try too. Thanks for developing this module; it looks promising.
