I just installed the newest version. I click on the FConnect icon, enter in my Facebook account info, the login page goes away and the main website goes to:
www.mydomain.com/fbconnect/register/import

but it's just a white blank page

This sounds similar to some other issues, http://drupal.org/node/372279 (note I disabled fbconnect until I can get this resolved)

Yes, very similar. I've disabled this module until it's fixed too. I hope it's fixed soon as this is a GREAT addition to websites.

LaNets: I have curl and the php5-curl packages installed and have other php scripts running curl that work fine.

everydayjones: if you're not sure that curl is installed for php do "apt-get install php5-curl" if you already have it installed it will say "php5-curl is already the newest version"
