A memoryleak is by definition something different.
RSVP needs some memory but the most is required by drupal itself.
You should enable the devel module to print the memory usage on the bottom of each screen to find out how much memory you need and then contact your ISP to increase your limit.
In my tests the memory goes up for each client request from 1.5M to up to prox. 40M
