Assuming you have installed drupal... The documentation page starting with Adding content to your site should help.

You do *not* need to login on a special administration site to post content!

In brief,

• Click Create Content
• Click Page
• Content Editing
  • Fill in subject, body, etc...
  • Maybe create a new menu item if this is going to be a navigational page such as a primary link, secondary link, or navigation menu.
  • Set the publishing options: do you want this stickied at the top of the front page, on the front page, and/or published

Nothing really more to it than that.
