Issue Summary
Hi there. I'd like to request that in the node_children view instead of having up and down arrows, it would be better if they had the drag and drop arrows like a lot of the drupal 6 interface does. With a save button at the bottom.
Other than that, this module was exactly what i needed. Thanks!

This is part of NH 6.x-2.x branch. The *.x-1.x branches are feature stable and bugfix only.
