To reproduce:

1. Find an issue without any replies yet.
2. Write a comment on the issue.
3. Click preview.
4. Scroll at the bottom of the page, and you'll see the original issue node, including title and posting information, displayed twice.

Added drupal.org upgrade tag.
Node title is actually displayed only once; all the rest still twice (including 'add new comment' link) .
