Hi,
I make a merge of my previous patch with the term weights import one.
Furthermore, I improve the import process so there is no more lost of imported related terms or synonyms when multiple imports. Now, the only condition of a good import is to import hierarchical structure first.
See help for more details.
To use the patch, rename the taxonomy_csv.module.txt to taxonomy_csv.module and replace the original one.
