These exception lists don't work (at all)

Code in that area hasn't been changed and they used to work perfectly.
Please detail the steps you took to make them fail.
Are you sure you've read the instructions? To remove an extension from the global banned list for users with a specific role you must precede it with a minus. e.g -xls

OK I stand corrected - the barred lists work ... but only when you do an upload. If you do a rename then they don't. It will be fixed in the next release. Sorry!
