Some users -not all- are getting prompted to enter credentials for the server that hosts the drupal install, not the windows authentication server. This prompt persists and show only on index.php

Any ideas?

Closed because Drupal 6 is no longer supported. If the issue verifiably applies to later versions, please reopen with details and update the version.
