Just upgraded to 6.x-1.1-beta2 from beta1 and I get the following message

warning: Missing argument 1 for search_and_replace_menu() in /home/USERNAME/public_html/sites/all/modules/search_and_replace/search_and_replace.module on line 41.

Line 41 is "function search_and_replace_menu($may_cache) {". I have a lot of modules enabled but beta1 worked fine.

see new beta3, this should be resolved; it's a left over piece from the D5 version.
