Display Timer When Paging Through Avatars

Hello -

I'd just like to request that some sort of timer be displayed when the user in thumbing through the avatar pages. Right now there's just a 5-second delay, which to the end user seems like the system is frozen, when it's actually polling for the next set of avatars. It'd just be nice to give the users the feedback to say "Hang in there, we're working on getting the next set for you". :)
