Form for address of orderer

Realy good module!
Nearly what we need.

It would be good, if the orderer can view the data which will be send in the order before the order is sent.
This could be a form filled with his profiledata and additional fields to complete the delivery address.
Our users have the choice to fill the profile fields with address information or not, and we dont want to make the address information a mandatory field.
So when a user has filled his address fields in the profile they should be shown in the form, and if not, the user has to fill the fields.

Also it would be good to have the choice which profile fields will be sent in the email.
The order will be sent to us and a partner, and the partner should not get the users birthday and the users leisure activities and so on.
