It would be great to have another option for placing the Primary Links, Secondary Links, and Search box above the header at the very top of the page.

naught101 commentedLike I said in the Dup, one of the major selling points of doing this is that you could then completely remove the need for theme-based primary/secondary links, since they could all be block-based.

KrisBulman commentedWondering about this as well, currently, maintaining your own page.tpl.php & creating a new region is the only way to do this. It's a popular feature to have.
