Allow "Section List Footer Text" to accept PHP code

Issue Summary

It would be nice to be able to write PHP code to generate the Section List Footer text. In general, it would be nice for all of the headers, footers, and especially the "Completion Text" to accept PHP code.

It would be extremely useful to be able to define the completion criteria with PHP.
