Gitlab CI and CS fixes

Minor fixes:

• Fixed cookie update w/o 7206_theme_default var.
• Fixed tests for D9.5.

Changes since 7.x-2.1:

• Misc maintenance tasks.

A migration path from Drupal 7 is here. The module can now be migrated from the 7.x-2.1 (currently latest 7.x) version.

It's also possible to migrate from the latest 7.x-1.x directly. If it doesn't work for you, then you first need to update to the latest stable 7.x-2.x release.

This is a 1-to-1 port of a styleswitcher 7.x-2.1 to the D8 w/o a Migration Path from 6.x/7.x versions yet.

The only change since 7.x-2.0 is a fix of critical problem:

• #2623122 by pingwin4eg: Workaround jQuery.cookie() inconsistency

Known issues:

• Style Switcher may not properly work when jquery_update module enabled. There is inconsistency with jQuery.cookie plug-in of versions newer than the default one bundled with Drupal 7. See #2623122: Workaround jQuery.cookie() inconsistency. This issue was fixed in styleswitcher 7.x-2.1.
