This is nither working with a 4.6.3 nor with a cvs version as today (2005/11/16)

Yeah, the site that I built this for uses a pre-formsapi version of CVS HEAD. I will update this and several of my other modules this weekend to work properly for both 4.6 and HEAD.

Sorry about the limbo-version state of this mod.

Will fix when I get a chance.
