Generate a list with Views, which is also a submission form

Hi to all!

I would like to do the following, but I can figure it out.. :

I want o generate a list (e.g. teasers one under the other, not necessary a View of type list) of content types using Views, but also in each item of the view I also want to place a button, so that the users are able to select one item of the list. When they select one they will be redirected to another page, to do something else.

Is this possible with Views and Workflow modules? Especially the first part with the button.
