I loaded up your awesome QB module to have a closer look. Nice work.

I noticed that the qbwc_hostname wasn't showing up after I saved it, so I added this line to line 25 in qbwc.admin.inc:

'#default_value' => variable_get('qbwc_hostname', ''),

I'm not yet CVS conversant, but I'm working on that...

I got this issue also, however, I am also getting the following fatal error message.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function _qb_qbxml_queries() in /home/content/l/e/a/learningworks/html/modules/qb/qb.module on line 43

the attempted path is http://ljlearningworks.com/admin/settings/qb/data/2 from trying to edit the Customer Data in the quickbooks site configuration
