The code currently assumes the default profile will be in the profiles directory. This is not a safe assumption, because anyone using UberDrupal on top of Acquia Drupal will not have the default profile. The necessary code should most likely be included in this project itself.

Fixed. Copied/modified the necessary code from the default profile so this is no longer an issue.
