Customize display of synonyms, admin links and 'all' link in alphabar

Hi,

I have few customization issues:
1. Suppress display of synonyms
2. Suppress display of admin links on '/glossary' page
3. Add 'All' link in alphabar

I was unable to find how to do it via theming so I modified the module code by adding above as an options.
Is there a way to do the same without modifying the module or is there a chance to add these options into a module?
