QuickGeocode issues

Hi!
Before reporting this "bug" there's a couple of things about QuickGeocode that I would like to suggest to be fixed:
Please add the following info in the appropriate location or fix the issues:
a) The QuickGeocode module is part of the Gmap Addons pack and not a part of the Location module (this should be clear in the modules page)
b) Redo/fix visually the "[ Quick Geocode ]" button or explain clearly that it's a button. There's no color, no shape, no nothing... looks like a broken $var or untranslated text
c) Add some sort of mechanism to the button to prevent multiple clicks. The button should be inactive after the first click and regain active status if there's a result.
d) Last but not least, there's no docs or info whatsoever.

Regarding the bug, in a single country set up where we force the default country in the form (which removes the country pull down menu from the node/add form) , the QuickGeocode function will not work. Apparently it cannot read the default country selection in the Site Configuration Location page so it outputs the error message all the time.
