I use the banner-Version 6.x-2.0-beta1. Now I tried to upgrade to 6.x-2.0-beta2, but the module doesn't work. The mein problem is, when I check the row-style in the view on "rotor" the images are not shown. I doen't know if its is a problem of Imagecache, but the other presets of thies module work correctly. When I check in the view in row style "Node" the image is shown.
I installed now the beta1 version and it works corretly.

Does it work if you disable the imagecache module?

ImageCache is not yet supported in Rotor2, but some code was left over from Rotor1 that was screwing thing up if the ImageCache module was enabled. This should be fixed in CVS.
