My abuse "reasons" section had triplet duplicates of each of the categories. For instance, "foul language" appeared 3x. I think this is because I have enabled and disabled the module 3x. I manually deleted all of the duplicates down to the original 5.

looks like a simple conditional for the existence of "reasons" needs to happen before the reasons array is created. anyone else check this out?
